No. Many guests are first-time paddlers. Your guide explains the equipment and helps you move at a comfortable pace.
Yes. We adjust the experience to the age and size of your group. Please tell us the children's ages when you make a booking request.
Yes. Dog SUP and kayak tours can be arranged. Please tell us the breed, size, and number of dogs before your tour.
Wear clothes that can get wet. Bring a towel, a change of clothes, water, and secure water shoes or sandals. A hat and sun protection are recommended in summer.
Tours may run in light rain, but we cancel when wind, lightning, or lake conditions are unsafe. We will contact you if a tour cannot go ahead.
The meeting point is in the Lake Saiko area of Fujikawaguchiko. Detailed meeting and parking information is sent after your booking is confirmed.
Please contact us before booking to confirm English-language availability for your preferred date. An English-speaking guide is not guaranteed for every tour.
The reception and meeting area is at Lake Saiko in Fujikawaguchiko, near Lake Kawaguchi and the Mt. Fuji area. Please check the map before travelling.
