西湖のクラフトブルワリー見学＆テイスティング体験
AIM Brew LAB.（山梨県・富士河口湖町西湖19）は世界最大級の旅行体験予約プラットフォーム Viator（Tripadvisorグループ） にて、クラフトブルワリー見学とビールテイスティングを組み合わせた体験プログラムの提供を開始しました。
本プログラムは、西湖の静かな湖畔エリアにある実際の稼働中ブルワリーを舞台に醸造家本人が案内する少人数制のブルワリーツアーです。
麦芽やホップの話、仕込みから発酵までの工程、そしてビールの味わいがどのように生まれるのかを、現場ならではのリアルな視点でお伝えします。
ツアー後はタップルームでのテイスティングをお楽しみいただけるほか、アルコールを飲まれない方にはボトルビールのお土産への変更も可能。
軽食（ナッツ類）もご用意しています。
富士山麓・西湖というロケーションならではの、観光地の喧騒から少し離れたものづくりに触れる体験として、国内外の旅行者に向けて発信していきます。
今後もAIM Brew LAB.では、クラフトビールを軸に、地域の魅力を体験として伝える取り組みを広げていく予定です。
AIM Brew LAB. Launches Craft Brewery Experience on Viator
AIM Brew LAB., a craft brewery located in the quiet lakeside area of SAIKO, Fujikawaguchiko, has launched a new small-group brewery tour experience on Viator, the global travel experiences platform operated by Tripadvisor Group.
This guided experience is led directly by the brewer and offers guests a behind-the-scenes look at the full brewing process, from ingredients and production to fermentation and flavor development.
Guests can enjoy a guided beer tasting at the taproom, or choose a bottled beer souvenir if they prefer not to drink alcohol. Light snacks are also provided.
By offering this experience on Viator, AIM Brew LAB. aims to share the craftsmanship and local culture of SAIKO with travelers from around the world, while promoting a more relaxed and authentic alternative to crowded tourist destinations.
